Terms of Sale for Digital Content

§1. General information

  1. The Seller is:
    Katarzyna Tomasiewicz
    e-mail: katarzyna.m.tomasiewicz@gmail.com
  2. Sales are conducted as part of unregistered business activity (Polish: działalność nierejestrowana).
  3. The Seller is exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 113(1) of the Polish Act on Tax on Goods and Services.
  4. These Terms govern the sale of digital content in the form of a PDF workbook.

§2. Subject of sale

  1. The subject of sale is digital content in the form of a PDF workbook intended for independent work.
  2. The product does not include advisory services, individual consultations, or analysis of the Buyer's situation.
  3. The product is delivered exclusively in electronic form.

§3. Conclusion of the contract

  1. The contract is concluded at the moment of order confirmation and payment by the Buyer.
  2. Before concluding the contract, the Buyer is required to read and accept these Terms.

§4. Price and payment

  1. The product price displayed on the website is the final price.
  2. The sale is exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 113(1) of the Polish VAT Act.
  3. Payment is made by bank transfer or BLIK.

§5. Product delivery

  1. The product is delivered electronically to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.
  2. Delivery takes place after payment has been credited.

§6. Right of withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
    • the Buyer consented to the delivery of digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period,
    • the Buyer was informed about the loss of the right of withdrawal,
    • and the Seller delivered the digital content.

§7. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding non-conformity of digital content with the contract may be submitted by e-mail.
  2. The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days.

§8. Licence

  1. The product is intended solely for the personal use of the Buyer.
  2. The following is prohibited:
    • further distribution,
    • resale,
    • sharing with third parties.
